2023 Harrisford Group Event

Many thanks for joining us at the Harrisford Group Event on Monday 3 April, which was highlighted by our visit to the old School site. The coordinators of the day were delighted with the response from the 100+ attendees. Whilst we attempted to catch up with everyone, we apologise if we did not have the opportunity to speak with you. In the organisation of such a day, many aspects need to be addressed and this was only possible with the great support extended by the Foundation and the School staff. The success of the day is a result of the OBU, the Foundation and the School working so well as a team. We are particularly indebted to The King's School Foundation for their generosity in underwriting the costs of the event. This allowed us to limit the charge to $25 per person for the complete event program. The staff at Bayanami Public School, so well led by Principal Amanda Connelly, were outstanding in their support and preparedness in showing us around the site. It is clear that they are doing a great job and have developed the site into an excellent school of today. The School’s Marketing department has produced a video package with highlights from the day. You can view this by clicking here. It will be some time before we are likely to return to the old site, but The Harrisford Group hopes to arrange an annual event. In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you again at our upcoming events.
